Benefit of Meditation?

Meditation is an internal purity, a blissful state of being. It is not an action to be performed but a summit of love to be reached through various meditation techniques. Among these techniques is prayer, chant, and patient vigil of body, mind, and soul. Daily, in our ashram we carry out various Active & Passive meditation techniques such as Prayer Meditation, Dynamic Meditation, Kundalini Meditation, Special Bipashana and much more to let ourselves immerse in the constant state of meditation. Meditation is our natural and obvious state of being and it does not seem fit to talk in manner of benefit or harm. However, during various sessions of meditation techniques seekers have felt in them closer to their own self and identity- some would call them benefit, such as:

Positivity towards ourselves, the life, and everyone else.
Settlement of negation with watchfulness leading to transformation.
Acceptance of all that occurs because of, or in spite of, or without any of our efforts.
Thoughtless state of mind; ability to use mind as tool when needed.
Development of focus on work and development of concentration.
Better contemplation- about the self, life and its philosophies.
 Ability of analyze ourselves.
Release and transformation of “negative” energies.
Ability to distinguish right from wrong.
