Dibya Anubhuti

Dibya Anubhuti is a type of yog nindra (Relaxation) where a seeker endures the identification of the self. A seeker indentifies himself/herself as a void consciousness but not the body, thoughts, mind, feelings ,etc. It is a technique of meditation performed at the end of the meditation in which our body ,mind and soul undergoes the deep relaxation and ultimately all the activities are stopped. When all the function of mind is stopped, our body receives abundant cosmic energy which heals our body, mind and soul. This energy zaps out physical and mental stresses and awakens our spiritual knowledge. In this way, a seeker feels the divine state by the regulars and continuous practice of Dibya Anubhuti.

Modern age is the age of negativity. Everyone is engulfed by negativity and anxiety due to busy and imbalance lifestyle. We do not get chance to vent out our expressions. When we want to cry, laugh or annoy, we do not get chance to release all these emotions. Thus, these emotions form glands in our sub-conscious and unconscious mind. If these glands do not get chance to release, we suffer from depression and anxiety. Thus, Dibya anubhuti helps in deleting all these suppressed emotions and negativities. Dibya Anubhuti erases all the negativities from sub-conscious and unconscious mind. In short, it cleanses our mind and opens the door to the soul.
